Terms of Service

Last updated: August 17, 2026

These Terms govern use of Threads Content Manager (“the Application”). By connecting or managing an account through the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Authorized use

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to administer. You are responsible for obtaining all permissions required to publish or manage content on behalf of another person or organization.

2. Platform rules

You must use the Application in accordance with applicable law and the terms, policies and technical limitations of Meta, Threads and Instagram. The Application does not grant permission to bypass platform restrictions or use features that are not available through authorized interfaces.

3. Content responsibility

You remain responsible for content submitted, generated, scheduled or published through the Application. You must ensure that you have the rights to use all text, images, video and other materials you provide.

4. Account authorization

Access to a Threads account is established through Meta OAuth. You may revoke access through Meta account settings or remove the account from the Application. We do not require users to provide Threads or Instagram passwords or two-factor authentication codes directly to the Application.

5. Availability

Application functionality depends on third-party services, including Meta's Threads API and hosting providers. Features may be unavailable, delayed or changed when those services modify their APIs, policies, quotas or availability.

6. No guarantee of performance

We do not guarantee audience reach, engagement, follower growth, revenue, recommendation placement or any other platform outcome.

7. Suspension and removal

We may disable an account connection when required for security, technical integrity, compliance or at the request of the account owner. Users may request removal and deletion as described in the Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Threads Content Manager is an independent application and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Application, law or third-party platform requirements. The current version will be published on this page.

10. Contact
